April 10, 11, & 12 Sunday, Monday & Tuesday, Fort Edward Art Center Student Art Show & Senior Scholarship Competition Exhibit by area students at 83 Broadway ~ Public Exhibit, Sunday, 2-4 pm & Monday, 10 am-3 pm,. Tuesday, April 12, 7 pm. Reception, 7:30 pm Awards Ceremony. Open to the public ~ free admission.

May 28, Saturday, 9-4, Garage, book, estate, & plant sale. We have received loads of new merchandise!

May 29, Sunday, 1 pm & 3 pm, Walking tour with R. Paul McCarty of Union Cemetery. $7.50 donation to benefit the Iron Fence Fund. Light refreshments will be served. Tickets may be purchased weekdays from 9-3 at Cemetery office or at FEHA office Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. Meet near Jane McCrea enclosure. The tour will cover part of the middle front of the cemetery going back to and including a viewing of the Charles Stone family mausoleum. Mr. Stone was a local community benefactor. We will also have ‘Autobiography of an American Family’, the Northup clan; ‘Letters to Lura’ about Lura Anna Boises and a few other historical books for sale.

June 1-July 31 Old Fort House Museum Campus & Gift Shop open for tours 1-5 PM daily, closed July 4. Admission $5.00 adults; children under 18 & members FREE.

June 19, Sun. 1:30 ~ 3:30 pm Reception for ‘Hats Off! ” Exhibit. Speaker Connie Frisbee Houde, textile specialist.

‘Hats Off! ’ Exhibit will be on display from June 1 through October 11. Several rooms of the Old Fort House will display hats from our collection. This display was made possible by the Alfred Z. Solomon Charitable Trust. This exhibit will run through Sunday, October 11.

July 30, Saturday, Annual Country Fair & Antiques

Auction. Arts & Crafts, Antiques & Collectibles, Vendors, Books, Plants & Garage Sale. The museum gift shop will be open. Lunch and refreshments available, and also tours of the museum campus. Garage, estate and book sale 9-4. Auction begins at 10:00 AM (preview 9 AM)

Washington County Band will perform at 1 pm.
